Grounded has been awarded the Eaton Fair Shopping Centre Expansion Project. This redevelopment marks an exciting new chapter, bringing entertainment, more retail and improved spaces for the community of Bunbury to enjoy.

The Stage 3 redevelopment will significantly expand Eaton Fair, introducing new experiences alongside additional shopping and dining options. Designed to support the region’s growth, this next phase focuses on convenience, entertainment and creating more places for families and friends to spend time together.

Construction of a 12500m2 shopping centre extension including:

• A new 7-screen cinema complex
• A kids’ playground
• 12500m2 suspended concrete carpark, with specialist mix concrete inclusions 8000m2 hardstand carpark

• High-Capacity lifts and escalators

• High Acoustic and fire solutions to Cinema tenancies
