This project was commenced by another contractor but was removed due to delays and other issues as to their competency. BHP saw the speed in which Grounded had progressed the MGM camp and requested us to perform this at short notice. The scope involved:

• Complete onboarding and training for project team to become BHP inducted. This was a rigorous and complex process that BHP commended us on achieving in the time we took.
• Design of a new 7 module office and ablution blocks
• Demolition and disposal of existing office and ablution block
• Refurbishment works of existing buildings
• Fabrication of new 7 module office and ablution block
• Transportation and unloading of buildings and materials
• Installation, testing and commissioning of new 7 module office and ablution block
• Provision of MDRs and As-Built Documentation
